2.5 I am happy to follow any reasonable style as long as you let me know which style guide you wish to use before the work begins. This is particularly important for journal articles, most of which have their own in-house styles and formats.

3 Payments and Prices

3.1 Payment must be made before the work is completed, unless otherwise agreed. I am happy to take payment by instalment on large documents, as long as this is agreed beforehand.

Failure to provide accurate information could result in a refusal to provide service. You assume all responsibility for any problems, errors and issues, as well as legal liability, resulting from providing false information.

8 Disclaimer of Responsibility and Limitations of Liability

The nature of editing means that while I am happy to state that all work will be completed to a very high standard, I am unable to guarantee that a client’s work will be completely error-free following the use of our services. This is especially true of work that has only had one edit.

Technically, by its very nature language can never be perfect and no document has ever been published that has been completely 100% error free. However, I am able to confirm that your work will be edited to acceptable standards of academic English.

I cannot accept liability for damages of any kind, including lost revenues or profits, loss of business or loss of data in any way related to the services we provide or for any claim, loss or injury based on errors or omissions, interruptions, or any other inaccuracies appearing in this website or in documents or other work that I have edited (including without limitation as a result of breach of any term of this agreement).

I am not liable or responsible for any damage to computer hardware or software arising from the distribution of a computer virus.

10 Content of submitted or created materials

It is an offence to commit plagiarism or infringe copyright and I can assume no responsibility or liability for the infringement of third party copyright in the documents that you submit. I reserve the right to refuse to edit any documents that contain or make reference to activities that may be considered illegal, dangerous, unethical or immoral.

11 Refusal of Services and Cancellation

I reserve the right to refuse service to any client or prospective client for any reason and without explanation.

12 Modification

These terms and conditions may be modified, amended, reorganised, rewritten or revoked at any time, for any reason and without notice. Please ensure that you review my website  and agree to the latest terms and conditions before asking us me complete work on your behalf.
